A week in a supportive environment of harmony and nature, that allows you to journey through the layers of your mind, body and breath, into a deep communion with your Self. You will be fed the very best, organic where possible, live, home-cooked food, so that your body feels light, free and clear, enhancing your practice and your path to clarity and self-knowledge. I have been organising and teaching retreats since 2013 for large groups (26 people) and small groups (6-10 people). During 2017/18 I have had a hiatus from teaching retreats, using the time off to complete my Masters dissertation and focus my attention on building the Shoreditch Mysore program. I am excited to announce that in 2019 I will begin hosting and teaching small groups (6 people) in Barbados at my family home, dates to be announced soon.
