Some people want to learn Ashtanga Yoga others want a bespoke class. Regardless of who I'm teaching I begin by working from the Ashtanga Yoga framework, modified where necessary to suit the individual. From here we may move to a more bespoke practice or stay within the Ashtanga Yoga practice. Our aim is to bring an equal balance of strength and flexibility to your body, increased postural awareness and an overall sense of calm and wellbeing. The beauty of a private lesson is that it is suited to your individual needs.
