Individually or in small groups (maximum 4), Corrie offers personal adjustments within each pose; helping students to find a practice unique to their needs.  

This in turn translates to a fast-track approach to achieving yogic fitness.  Tremendous results are seen if students commit themselves to one private session a week, along with attendance of any three studio classes of their choice. 

Within 3 weeks students can expect to see noticeable definition in arm muscles, improved core strength and flexibility, and a taller, more graceful physique. 
 Not to mention those moments of bliss.....!


Corrie creates a bespoke practice for pre or post natal women.

Classes can be arranged at your home, workplace or in the studio.
