Taught individually or in small groups (between 1-3) Corrie uses the Ashtanga yoga system - Yoga Chikitsa - meaning Yoga Therapy - offering personal adjustments within each pose, helping each student to find the practice that is unique to them and their needs.
This in turn translates to a fast-track approach to achieving yogic fitness. tremendous results are seen if students commit themselves to one private lesson a week, along with attendance of any three yoga classes of their choice, within just 3 weeks students can expect to see; noticable definition in arm muscles, improved core strength and flexibility, and a taller more graceful physique.
