Ashtanga Yoga  
A dynamic style of yoga that generates a detoxifying heat in the body cleansing the nervous system.  Movement is synchronized to breath in a set sequence. Poses flow from one to the next, focusing and calming the mind, whilst making the body supple, strong, light and free.



Vinyasa Flow Yoga
  

A creative sequence of poses that link together in a fluid, spontaneous manner, allowing for long holds that encourage students to work deeper into each pose.  Poses change to suit the needs of the class in order to continually balance out areas of weakness.  Emphasis is on core-strength, technique, stamina.
